1. Download the Bungie Mobile app from the App Store on to your iOS4+ device.
2. Tap the "Love Bungie" button.
3. Select the blue flame, and enable it.
4. Go on to Halo: Reach, press start, select armory and then armor effect. The blue flame should be there as "ETERNAL".

@zeuscannon115 Dumb fuck,you can send blue flames(needs your email and password) as long you have the Bungie App, everyone got the flames on the 7th but not permanent. everyone else got the blue flames from the app got it Permanently.
