actually the the T-50 are definitely not as good as the J-10 in combat capabilities. the FA-50 version however should be more than a match.

yes, T-50 should exceed the J-10 for training purposes.

There is no denying that T-50 is possibly the best trainer in the world but comparing it to J-10 is a nonsense. J-10 is part of the top 10 fighters, conservatively speaking. Perhaps, in the future Korea will have enough know-how to build a top fighter.

Also J 10 is only superior to the T/A 50 in some areas because the J 10 was designed to meet the standards of the f 16.
But since china is mostly known for quantity over quality it safe to assume that the j 10 is crappier than the f 16, Korea however has much more experience in makinng f16s in its own, remeber kf 16 and since T/A 50 is virtuall the f 16, logically it makes sense that in some areas the T 50 will EXCEED in quality over the J 10.
