oddly the truth is not determined by popular vote. Truth is truth no matter how much you might wish it otherwise. Also the POPE believes in evolution. And God. So do a lot of other people of a wide variety of beliefs. Evolution is a cool understanding of how God works for many.

well and even the Catholic church accepts evolution. Not everyone that believes in aGod rejects evolution. Time is relative, and I'm willing to go with the fossil record and science (which I trust every time I go to a doctor) rather than the accuracy of some men (not saints) that translated and edited the Bible.

@EOTJ07, the process of fossilisation is incredibley extraoridnary. The classification of the bones as well as delicatley piecing them together is not a 5 minute job.

Actually much of what Darwin wrote can be verified by modern science.

No, Darwin did not know about genes but we know about them now and that explains Evolution. Sir Isaac Newton did not know about gravitational pull in its entirity but that is no reason to reject Gravity!
