Made as a forum response in this video I share with you some things I do to prevent wrist trouble. It will be a good practice if you spend a lot of time using a mouse and/or computer in a bad posture for long periods of time.
For kung fu purposes this will strengthen the wrists which, as you know, are the first place force goes when the fist or palm makes an impact.
Please add video response for other wrist exercises if you have any.
