Beautiful buoyant voice, the song becomes to heavy when sung too slow.

actually, the speed she sang it is the speed that the composer, Kurt Weill, intended. His wife, Lotte Lenya, always sang it at this speed.

A beautiful voice. She rushed thru it though. This song needs to be massaged and stirred slowly. Somebody should produced this who knew what they were doing. Still in all I'd love to hear her sing the classics. Go to John Gary to see a master at work.

Not too fast. Sung in the style which Weill intended. Listen to Lotte Lenya. This version feels more authentic to me that the limp-wristed, too-slow renditions which capture none of the intensity or pining of this version.
