  • Is there a version that doesn't require the water? I want to use flavored liver as a baguette filler (like a Subway sandwiches).

  • Very nice, Kebda is my favourite dish. My favourite is Boelfaf though. Maybe you could make a video recipe of Boelfaf (it's kebda kebab with layer of fat).
