  • I guess that "traumatic" experience of getting spanked for smoking didn't work. You should call your dad and mom and have them beat you some more or until you quit..oh and make sure you get it on tape and post it to youtube.

  • @NorwegianGodofRock69 they actually got rid of that law u can't bring a gun in a bar bcuz the rule was u cannot drink if u have a gun with u but seriously how the hell r the bar workers going 2 know if u hav a gun with they can't just search u so the law made no sense at all and could get innocent people live the day i graduate college i am OUT of the south

  • @rainbowgirl678 I doubt people actually use those guns to hurt anyone, and I'm sure a license is required to possess them. If that gun is never used, which I'm certain it probably isn't. Then by far the cigarette will kill a lot faster than the gun. On a side note: (I think when smokers go outside to smoke it makes them feel special. It also gives them a reason to take a break from working. :) ) P.S. Also the benefits of not smoking around ppl, far outweighs the inconvenience it may cause.

  • @newj34 In many cases they are walking through a cloud and getting cancer, second hand smoke contributes a large part to increased risk of heart disease and lung cancer. Also no one really likes the smell of cigarettes if they're a non smoker. I do believe smoker's have rights just like everyone else. I've found most smokers to be sympathetic and accommodating when it comes to dealing with non-smokers with a few exceptions. Most smokers have no problem going outside to smoke.

  • I think most smokers agree that smoking is harmful and that they have the desire to quit smoking. The reality is secondhand smoke kills. If I walk into a bar, I'm not going to be engulfed with second hand alcohol. A lot of smokers don't even smoke in their own homes, they go outside because of the effects it has on their surroundings. It's also a public health issue. Smoking and Non Smoking sections don't work, smoke travels. Also it's good business not to allow your patrons to get lung cancer.

  • @LarrryJoe Well, when you MAYBE die, you can repeat that statement.

  • From 2-9 is 7 hours. If you made $230, that's roughly $32.85 dollars an hour. That's more than a lot of people make, even in professional jobs.

  • Bravo! You can blame all these new smoking bans on governor purdue...I reside in N.C as well I'm getting tired of all the restrictions on smokers...It's not like people are walking through a cloud of smoke & catching cancer.
