@CHEFMED Chef Tom is a EXCELLENT? Excellent is not even a noun. You're using that word in the wrong context my friend, likewise with your ingredients and style of cooking. Anybody who think Craftsteak is a good steakhouse is nothing but a nuthead! Alain Passard, Pierre Gagniere, and Joel Robochon are the real deal when it comes to chefs, not Tom Collichio.
