I'm actually from New York. After looking at your videos on you Tube I would suggest that the department at Cal Arts would be the "Film & Video" department in the film & video school at Cal Arts. if i lived in Europe however, i would have applied to an animation school in Prague or Amsterdam.

Beautiful piece of work. Great choice of music - it actually really works for the animation and gives an almost aery feel to it!
