How come basically all starfox characters get into the 5.xx time period. moveset?

Definitely the move set. One of the post valuable attacks in Break the Targets is the versatile laser. It's quick, attacks from a distance, breaks many targets, has no hit lag and you can recover without a single frame of delay after landing. It truly is an amazing weapon.
