2011 Brews & Blues Festival

More than 2,500 beer and music lovers heated up with blistering blues and cooled off with more than 100 varieties of ice cold suds at the second annual Springs Preserve Brews & Blues Festival on Saturday, June 4, 2011.

Headlined by Los Angeles-based blues chart climbers The Forty Fours, Brews & Blues featured five bands on two stages and beers from 45 local, regional and national brewers.

Beers and brewers represented at the festival included New Belgium, North Coast, Deschutes, Stone, Anchor, Wasatch & Squatters, Coronado, Maui, Kona, Widmer Brothers, Shiner, Sierra Nevada, Lagunitas, Redhook and Dogfish Head. Nevada-based brewers including Knee Deep, Chicago Brewing, Triple 7, Boulder Dam and Joseph James also participated.

Other musical acts were Chris Tofield, Bluesology, The Lucky Cheats and Slim Henry & The Good 'Uns.
