@MatthewCenance "Puzzle League" is an entirely different game than Pokemon Puzzle League. They're different games entirely. And Puzzle League is for the GBA.

He's just comparing Pokemon Puzzle League with Tetris Attack (Two different game but same gameplay). These are custom stages, he made them on purpose so he can demonstrate. He's trying to say that these CHAIN cannot be connected in Tetris Attack.
