Like it. but I noticed two things u need to tuck your chin and elbows. ur chin is open way too much. u open ur elbow .not much but enough. I.found a third.every 4th punch add power that would be good u dont wont to put urself out there and not gain ne thing.. good job!

Why whenever i watch an awesome boxing tech vid like this ppl keep commenting on MMA.. if you wanna watch an mma vid go do it, Boxing is a different sport to mma. This vid is awesome, shows some great combo punching and head/ feet movement.

@tripleVVV3 MMA is a little too barbaric and childish for me. Like very advanced and dangerous High school fights. Boxing is much more of a sport, classy. I saw my 4 year old brother successfully use the "hammer fist" on his friend. but i have never seen him even try a lead left hook. lol. MMA should trim the fat and cut out some of the silly stuff. Then people wouldnt have to be shit faced to enjoy it

reading that dumbass comment, that cat clearly doesnt know that the best MMA fighters get trained to box by Freddy Roach: BJ Penn, Anderson Silva, Tito Ortiz, GSP the list goes on and on all these guys have a huge respect for boxing but the mma fans seem so intimidated by boxing that they go out of their way to trash it but dont have a clue what theyre talking about,MOST but not ALL mma fans have no class and are very insecure about their favorite sport, i respect MMA but some guys gtta grow up
