  • Nice lift! I heard you work out up at Powerhouse sometimes...maybe I'll see ya around. I'm working on my personal best this year. 405lbs by June. I hit 365lbs 2x the other nite on set 5. So I might be there quicker than June...but we'll see. Stay huge!

  • @hazmatt81 PH and F19 both however tore my rotator cuff playing ball. The best way to get strong fast is incline dumb bells a lot of reps and as heavy as you can go doing 8 to 12 reps. If your hitting 365lbs. you can get up to 500+ easy. Intro when you see me bro like meeting new friends.

  • Great lift but spotter guided you up on the last half of your lift. It looks like you could've done it all on your own without spotter interference.

  • @vvmjrc Damn...injuries are a Mofo! Our buddy Big Will has been out for a year and a half on an elbow injury. He tore his tendon from the elbow doing overhead tri extensions with the 200lb dumbbell. I always try to maintain as good of form as possible to minimize risk of injury. Your injury wasn't related to lifting, but shit still sucks. Rest up & we'll see ya around soon enough.

  • if he can bench it surely he can move it from side to side? .. next time tell your spotter to keep his hands off the bar untill the reps complete, you had the rep and he still felt the need to help

  • @LexPhilogus i agree hes a noob, but only heavy weights make that sound LOL? its just from him shaking from the strain, the plates sometimes shake when im benchin 200, and thats not heavy, although it is for me when im doin reps.
