The Russian leader is visiting the city of Viluchinsk in the Kamchatka Peninsula in the country's Far East. It's the main atomic submarine base for Russia's Pacific fleet.

I,m a Canadian and i believe that Russians are nothing more than human beings that are building up there weapons to stay on top of possible threats as we do here in the west. Yes we are culturally different but they bleed and die in war as we do and there families hurt for there loss as we do. In the end were are all the same.

I'm Canadian. I live on an air base in British Columbia. And as long as Russia keeps flying into Canadian airspace with their TU-95 I'll be uneasy about their future ambitions.

Nice people I'm sure, rich culture no doubt. But that can't prevent war. Friends fight once in a while. Canada and Russia are just acquaintances.
