@whyamimrpink78 I think you need to look at how large our federal government really is and how little right the states have to make their own laws and keep them within their borders not being trumped by the feds.

If you want to fix the government in the USA and Canada then make it illegal to lobby a government official. Many officials in the US congress are basically corporate puppets and to some degree the same happens in the Canadian parliament.
