some excercises I've been doing at home in a 30 minute workout I recorded. Been doing lots of strength and flexibility training those days since I wasn't very fit to begin with. Anyone who starts to seriously think about doing anything like Parkour or Freerunning should do workouts like these at least twice weekly to condition their body and not get injured later.
