  • If the buyer persona doesn't reveal something insightful and unexpected, it can't help you make competitive decisions about how to market to that type of buyer. And that's the only reason to create buyer personas.

  • "Personas give insight into things that are important to our prospects" -- I like that.

    I've read too many persona sheets that are insight-free.
