  • Diabetes, Alzheimer's, Sickle cell anemia, Parkinson's, Huntington's. heart disease patients rely on modern science to treat them, not god. Therapeutic cloning may or may not be the magic bullet for any of these diseases, but to not purse the possibility because a group of people believe it is wrong to use embryonic stem cells is a joke. Religion is nothing but a dead-weight that a modern technologically-advanced society has to drag along.

  • @Harvardd Your comments attempt to make a false dichotomy between ethics and medical science. Your opinion about religion in general is a straw-man logical fallacy.

  • I thought this video was balanced untill I heard the narrator openly declare his religious presuppositions at the end. Then again, it would be almost impossible to find truly balanced discourse on the issue.
