I first saw MG when she was opening a show in Tucson for I cant even remember who now. That tells you something about her set. At the end of her set the place was speechless and the room was all bet empty for the headliner when she entered the lobby to watch the show for the back. Very humble and kept encouraging everyone to respect the other artist.

it was 'Case Histories' for me too. Blew me away. Made me cry. It's not often to get such a 'connect'. My brother died 4 weeks ago and I heard Mercy Now. That is the power of good songs.

Mercy Now has been used on a BBC programme called Case Histories and that is how I have found her. I am sure that many more will now look her up. She has such a haunting voice.

One more thing - she is a genius.
And she has the most unique way of pronouncing certain words.
Something needs to happen so that more folks know her work. It's the best I've found in the last 30 years or so.
