Mixing the investment: 1 part water to 2 parts investment pour the water first the slowly pour investment into side of bowl letting water soak into it, it helps with air bubbles, then mix slowly carefully not to cause air bubbles it should be like thin smooth pancake batter , once mixed pour slowly down the side of the can that your ring Is in untill full tap the side a couple of times to get rid of air bubbles, don't move the can at all once investment is poured. After 1 hour or so take playdough and tinfoil off to let it dry quicker, let it sit over night then you are ready to burn out!

  • where did you get your wax?

  • Midasmith is right. You're being too slow and gentle with the investment. Just mix it up like batter and to get out air bubbles just knock it on the table a few times or use that hand vibrator like you mentioned.

  • talking a lot , mix it fast .....work with the spoon, you got just a 10 minutes before gipsym will hardened :)))).....seems like back in Russia 20 years ago :))))).......step to the autoparts store and get some muffler pipe pieces ....
