  • Ok. Instead of posting pics im going to describe the order to solder wires. First the side of the box towards the headset. Open box up. Looking at it with wheels on the left, and headset connections on the bottom, the order from left to right is green, gold, red, red withstripes, then green with stripes. The connections on the top which go to the x box are left to right, all the gold ones, green, red, blue above the red, then green stripe. Hope that makes sense.

  • @MsLycanblood Check the connections if u have soldered them already. Hopefully u didn't heat up the board too much. Thats all i got sorry.

  • @jayholley123 Where can i post pics?

  • I have pictures but i dont know where to post them.

  • can you please take a picture of the circuit board with all the wires attached because mines broken on the otherside and with your camera its extremely hard to tell the order

  • @xDynasty96 I will post a picture

  • @j2thet123 I attempted resoldering the wires in the order you listed, green, gold, red, red with stripes, then green with stripes and all i could get was faint static. I reversed the pattern just for $hits and giggles and got the same result. On my box right above the solder points i had letters indicating the order but some of the letters have faded, could you possibly list your circuit boards letters so that i could attempt to match mine?

  • no matter how hard i try to soder shit. it keeps sitting on top like wax on paper and eventually just falls off. soder doesnt stick to anything. use electrician paste. sodering is a bullshit method. never works.

  • @j2thet123 mine wasn't below the volume control, it's in the actual headset spot inside the actual earphones, I already soldered the left ear with the microphone but the left headphone is refusing to work and I don't know why, any helpful tips?

  • @j2thet123 yeah same could u take a pic of the volume one ???

  • @j2thet123 i would also appreciate a picture, i am trying to re-solder the other set of wires that are going from the circuit board to the headphones and im not sure what wires go where.

  • @j2thet123 can you please, I seem to have gotten one side to work. And my friends can hear what I'm playing through the mic, apparently it gets louder as I turn it down also.
