Got the 360 windmill and off the side of the backboard on lock lol.

  • @clamantfever good job man, im 5'9 and i can dunk, just a one hand tomahawk, but do u have any tips fordunking or increasing my vert cuz i wanna start doin windmills and 360s

  • @mrlucas1313 yeah do squats 1x a week and plyos 1-2 times a week, and do abs at least every other day. It'll be some time before ur able to 360 and windmill so be patient but if you work hard u can get it

  • how do you work on your hops ? clamantfever

  • @astroboy0369 Have a balance of strength training, plyos, and abs. Also go out and jump like 10-20 times per day
