Hey mate! ^^ I actually storyboarded this one myself, the references I used was different extreme wind blowings in the real world, watched it all here at youtube, then I RECORDED MYSELF, then I did the cartoon make over from my reference and my own recording ---> Cartoon :) and exaggerated it all, and put up the 2 funny punches in the clip, first off, the fall. then Surprise WATCH when the wind gets rough, and when he realises... he won't be able to hold on ^^ Thats the panic hehe...

hehe, well I use Maya, a 3D software, wich allows you to do things like this :)
