  • can someone please predict the canadian real estate bubble for me please?

  • I wonder if the Ottawa market will take a hit when the government announces Federal Job cuts soon?

  • 3 pieces of wood makes a house and sold at ridiculous prices. People take 30-40 year mortgage and their houses become junk after 40 years because nothing is durable like concrete housing in Europe. Amazing.

  • Unfortunately we have a government that lets foreigners (asians) into this country that bid up house prices that Canadians in general cannot afford. Of course, these foreigners live here but don't work here. So they get to enjoy the generous social benefits and safe city conditions at the expense of other Canadians who work and pay taxes.

  • Housing is the most manipulated market in the world.
