1. Set up with Chaperone how to start meeting
2. Pamphlets hand out as parents come in or put on table....have some pens if possible
3. Explain who you are and the educational philosophy of Global Travel = All about the kids/Educational/Fun/Safety
4. Discuss hotels as a quality point and safety point

5. When students are allowed freedom in a place like the Smithsonians talk about the groups of 3 or more.
6. Discuss how DC is Flagship destination...play up the big ticket items discuss itinerary = meeting with senators, Arlington, White House, Subway, etc...
7. Walk them through the sign up process -- discuss where to go on website to sign up.
8. All-Inclusive DC trips...meals starting w/dinner day 1 and ending w/lunch day 5.....minus baggage fees & spending money
9. $5 fee for any payment not made online....double check with Jeff about 1st payment.
10. Cover TPP -- give scenarios
11. Discuss academic and life lessons that students can learn
12. Try to keep the time that you speak down to somewhere between 25-35 minutes then allow for questions from the parents. I think the ideal time for one of these meetings is between 45 - 60 minutes....just my opinion.
13. Trip website, open up for questions.
