*SPOILERS* Off World - A Tribute to Blade Runner

IMPORTANT - don't watch this video unless you have seen Blade Runner in its entirety. As one of my favourite films I would hate to spoil the story for those who haven't yest seen it, and this 7 minute version is utterly spoilerific!

This is an editing exercise I decided to do after listening to the marvellous Royksopp remix of In this Shirt by The Irrepressibles. Blade Runner is one of my favourite films of all time and thought it would be an ideal accompaniment to the music. Royksopp also happens to be one of my favourite artists, and I have been longing for ages to slide some of their music into my work somehow. This is just a bit of fun and to learn more about editing, I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out but obviously it doesn't compare to the magnificence of the actual film. So if you haven't seen it (and somehow read all this before watching the video/tuning out) then watch it, your life will be better for it! Just make sure you watch The Final Cut, and not the Theatrical Cut. Trust me.
