  • ICE CREAM!!! be sure to eat ice cream after working out, its high in sugar calcium and protien making it an awsome weight ganing and muscle building food

  • not true for the weightlifting thing. your may be thinking about sprinters, but even wide recivers need to have bulk. i do agree with the protein thing after you lift weights. as for the diet, i stick to the food perimid, so i get everything in there. i take vitamins. it also depends what your bodys like, like im kinda small but i do few reps with alotta weight.

  • In your weight program, make sure that you're doing more weight with fewer reps. That's how you add bulk. Also, take the whey protein AFTER you workout. That is when you're muscles are recovering and they need the protein to repair and grow. And know that stuff won't do you any miracles. You have to eat eat eat. High calorie, high carb, high protein diet. Eat 4 meals a day. Not only do u need calories to put on muscle, but u also probably need to overcome ur high metabolism.

  • i got a suggestion for you if youre having trouble gaining weight. its a product called Animal Pak. its a heavy duty multi that will allow you to have all your basic nutritional bases covered. to help out with it, stack it with a product called animal pak M-Stak. its good stuff and will put good muscle mass on. for more information check out their website. i highly recommend it, but just check to make sure it is not a banned substance for the league that you are going into.

  • Peanut butter man tons and tons of peanut butter it will put weight on you in muscle wise if you work out regularly i do it and personally im 17 years old and am 228 pounds with 7% body fat and i eat peanut butter as a protein substance try it.

  • Good luck man, just remember that one of the key factors in muscle building is sleep. Your body regenerates alot faster while you're sleeping, so the muscles that you work on recooperate better and faster while you sleep.

  • hey man u should try mixing your protien with a fruit shake mixed with other vitamins it helps flow the protien throughout ur body more.....and dont put on too much otherwise u will gain negative wieght and thats a bitch to lose other than that i hope u make the team good luck
