  • Something that few people (vegetarians and not) know: every year millions of animals get killed as a result of wheat and soy bean combines during harvesting season

If u kno that, u conveniently ignore the fact that each year millions of mice, rabbits, snakes, skunks, possums, squirrels, gophers and rats are murdered as a direct result of YOUR dieting habits.

you're just as morally repugnant than any meat-eater. Plus, you're killing free-roaming animals, not animals that were raised for feed.

  • Teller has the ability, but Penn has the presence. The guy's got charisma out of EVERY orifice, AND his pores.

  • I'll turn vegeterian when all carniverous animals agree to do so as well. There is a reason we evolved teeth for chewing meat...so we can chew meat!

  • Lol 3:05

  • @uziTGC, idiot, wheat and soy beans are mostly eaten by animals used for meat production.

  • i want this music

  • @uziTGC Funny fact is that most of those soy beans are used for food for farm animals. You know, the animals you eat.

  • @uziTGC It's true. There is no food at all without dead animals. No matter how organic, free-range, fair-trade, or cruelty-free your food seems to be, sooner or later you are going to end up indirectly killing lots of little furry animals to produce it, prepare it, ship it, and deliver it to you. Even if you grow the food in your own little vegan garden out back, you will need to defend it aggressively against every creature that wants to steal and eat it, or you will starve.

  • @WolfieboyMachi people (although we are actually animals ourselves, so, self subsitant vegetarian farming)

  • @uziTGC

So then what CAN we eat without killing animals?

  • Eat or don't eat whatever you want or don't want, just don't get all Onicion on us and act holier-than-thou everywhere you go because you're an upstanding "moral vegetarian". I eat meat, but there are several kinds of meat I refuse to eat (lamb, veal, etc.). But I don't go around spouting my indignation across the land like an evangelist. If someone asks why I don't eat veal, I'll explain; but I keep my ego in check.

  • @uziTGC Actually I got your point. YOU obviously didn't get MINE. Vegetarians know that animals die inadvertantly by many means, whether as road kill or even ploughing the fields where our crops grow. OUR crops not just vegetarians' crops. They obviously know that this can't be prevented. Their stance is that it is not right to intentionally kill animals for food. I am not a vegetarian but this notion is within my grasp while aparently not within yours, Captain clever...
