I have been a student of Sifu Richards for over a year. He is an excellent teacher of the Chinese Shaolin fighting skills. The Little Nine Heaven Internal Kung Fu school in Chicago is part of Master James McNeil's school. Class is fun and full of useful, healthy and powerful self defense training for the mind and body.

I have learned combat techniques for defense and attack, and ancient Taoist philosophy that are very useful in everyday life for peace of mind and conflict management.
