I bet they have never even been to Szuechuan, everything, and I do mean everything, is cooked with chilli and peppers there, enjoyed by literally millions on a daily basis.

Oh yeah, those New Mexico chiles are the best. Pork green chile for smothering burritos. Red New Mexico chiles for enchiladas, can't go wrong. That is my kind of grub. And yes, I prefer to spell Chile with an 'e'.
