GOP Presidential Candidate Rick Santorum has yet another strange analogy about gay marriage. He had an issue with Herman Cain's stance on gay marriage that the issue should be decided at the state level, not the federal level. Rick said in a statement, "I have been a long-time advocate for states' rights. However, I believe as Abraham Lincoln did - that states don't have the rights to legalize moral wrongs. So is Rick Santorum actually comparing himself to Abraham Lincoln, the man who freed the slaves?

  • Santorum has one facial expression, and it's one I'd describe as "2 girls 1 cup reaction".

  • You yanks are odd sometimes - how does an obvious losser like Santorum even get air time - a man capable of claiming there is a jehad against him obviously thinks hes on a devine mission - chosing to single out gays like Hitler singled out jews is obscene - how is he going to accomodate the est 8 million gay people he hopes to represent and convince there st8 family & friends he is not attacking their family ?

  • There is a bigger picture!! Booooo

  • Congratulations, Rick. You have earned my hate. And that is an award I don't give out very often.

  • I actually agree with Santorum about this.

  • Oh my god the comment bellow me is disgusting

  • homosexuality could be compared to beastiality and incest..

In the sense that I may not be a fan of beastiality (I think I MIGHT be able to commit Incest, I have some decent looking second cousins, and that may not be LEGALLY considered incest :P) or homosexuality, it's ewwie..

I don't believe it's the governments function to ban it

  • Yes, Rick, that is a glass of water. But, ya know, as a gay man I am just as capable of drinking from that glass as you, a (presumably) straight man are. And--guess what--when I do drink from that glass, it's STILL a glass of water. The essence of the water does not change regardless of who drinks it.

  • yes, he compares himself to abraham lincoln in the latest debate, he said that somtimes in times of war we need to give up our civil liberties. He gave the example of Abraham lincoln..

If I understand lincoln right, he suspended due process, habues corpous, and did executive orders to shut down printing presses if they disagreed with the war..

So, he very well might be like Abraham Lincoln..

  • @BabyButtSmell lol troll!!!! Get a life!
