@IHATEGAYFAMILYGUY Emperor? KIND?! Bullshit. Look at what happened with Magnus the Red and Prospero(Admittedly with some help from Horus) but still, The Emperor sent Custodes to assist with the destruction. What the Emperor will do with religion is simply decree that he is not a God and order a C&D. He cant afford to purge the Imperium at this point, cause Mankind can't spare the manpower and assets.

@fallenvash Not that i know of, although i know the System of Ultramar do maintain active gaurd regiments. (See Graham Mcneil's Ultramarines System) As in, they are actually shipped out and fight in active battlefields.
