It is very simple, for this game you do not get poits for almost mount or almost choke... It is my throw and my sweep that makes the difference in this game. In an MMA fight I should not have won this fight because this man is more strong than me, and keeping his leg between mine would not have saved me from ground and pound but in a grappling game this worked well...

What a screwball sport! As other viewers have already commented, the male grappler dominated his female opponent. Yet she wins on "points."

I guess the points systems is to encourage women to participate in grappling and give them hope (see you CAN win!). Or perhaps it's just another societal "fix" to "balance the scale" and compensate for the physical strength inequity between the sexes; i.e., go easy on the girls (business as usual).
