To be Honest, I know that shuckles have super high defence and special defence (Highest in the game infact). I used toxic to lower it's hp down, I'm guaranteed a 2hko on it. But... He either invested it's ev's into a defence + attack, or he didn't EV + nature it properly.

It was probably a Attack + Speed investment, 'cause it seems to me like a Power Swap Shuckle. Either that or 'Jack' was retarded. xD
