Kids going to be dirty in a few years when he has some size to him. Good goaltending is valuable. Keep him in it.

hes good for his age and goalie skates are alot better for..well playing goalie lol, they make life easyer :D lol

I hate practicing side shuffleing but it helps out alot in a game if u know how, btw how old is ur kid?

He just turned 8yo last month. When he first started with shuffles, he really struggled, particularly b/c he's still in hockey skates, rather than goalie skates (they don't manufacture them small enough for his feet - maybe later this year he'll fit into them). It will be interesting to see how much easier they are for him in goalie skates instead.
