In 2007, a man named Molotov Alva, disappeared from his Californian home. Recently, a series of video dispatches by a Traveler of the same name have appeared within a popular online world called Second Life.
Filmmaker Douglas Gayeton came across these video dispatches and put them together into a documentary of ten episodes.

Brilliantly done despite the limitations of the hardware and software hence the lag. The direction and storyboard aspect was very well done and the story writing was top notch. I'm not quite sure if this is a story or non-fiction which has a charm in it self. It may actually be true! Very impressive story and composition. Amazing what you can do in under 5 minutes to deliver a message or thought to the viewers.

My little avatar was watching this video, she says that guy would be kind of cute if he dropped a few pounds. I am teasing her about it, she gets annoyed when I do that.

Interestingly done. Nice to see that SL is used for some creative things.
BTW: Molotov wasn't the inventor of the Molotov cocktail, he was the Soviet foreign minister under Stalin. Finnish soldiers invented the Molotov cocktail during the Winter War as a crude makeshift weapon against Soviet tanks and named it after him.

Interesting. I believe Molotov told me that his grandfather was Finnish. I need to get back to him for confirmation on that.
