@MrFreak0r me too, I don't know how I got it... I'm taking aromatase inhibitors now to try to reduce it naturally, it's worth a try

I need help to I am 16 years old I love to go to the jim a lot but my nippels are like burgers and when I finish college and when I get a holiday after my job which I want to be in the SAS I am defo going to America just for that guy I mean I still get girls and all that I do great in bed but I losse comfidents and to all people out there who do have this problem just love your selfs the way u are unless your not sure on surgery

im 13, i developed it in my early 13's , i was never fat or anything i never smoke (never have) i dont drink at all. why do i have it? can anyone explain

@MrFreak0r i feel ur pain man. Im 25. I think I got mine from depression meds I took years ago. Ive had em for a years now and its been so detrimental to my life. I feel like I've lost the best years of my life do to this.

I'm 23 years old now and have this sh1t for over 10 years now. It all started with me being a little overweighted when i was a kid. Then i smoked a lot of pot and drank a lot of alcohol, starting with 15 years up until 18. I guess that's mostly the reason for my gynecomastia.
now i have a psychological problem with it, i never take off my shirt and think that it looks bad even with a shirt on. The worst thing is when people, especially women make fun of me because of it.
