I live near Los Angeles and saw this performance on Sat. WOW! He is a stunning performer of music drama. He can ACT! He keeps himself in great shape so he can scramble up to Juliette's balcony without a hesitation nor a wobble. I am not sold that his voice is "great" like Pavarotti or Pierce but he sings masterfully--no sign of harshness nor strain when he is called on to project. (Our soprano could get a little shrill singing the crescendos-although for the rest she was brilliant.) I'd go back
