2 pounds Rib Eye, sliced thin
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
4 cloves garlic, grated (1 tablespoon)
1 x 2 inch ginger, grated (1 tablespoon)

Mix all ingredients, add beef and marinate overnight.
To prepare, heat a non-stick pan and add slices. Cook on both sides. I don't use any oil.

The Variations:
Rib Eye:
Thin slices
Thicker steak slices
Skewer on bamboo sticks
(Cook in a non-stick pan, broiled or grilled indoors or out.)
Cut slices into bits and stir fry, to eat with rice or served on a hamburger bun with a slice of American cheese.
Fish (Tuna):
Marinate overnight and dip into a tempura batter, fry, drain on paper towels.

  • hmmm, why not put up ingredients and method? or video of you making the dish? i would like to learn procedure not just look at picture.

  • @BrisbaneMile The ingredients and method is typed up into the description of the videos.

  • @ComeEatMyHouse . Oh thankyou. How do i view the description? I cannot see it on this page. i am simple sorry.

  • @BrisbaneMile Hmm, you should be able to view the ingredients and technique in the description of the video section. Just in case you can't, I will copy it and send it in a PM. Maybe I need to add the recipes to the videos, thanks for your input on that. Have a nice day.

  • I have a question about your Teriyaki Beef dish... when you go to cook it, what's the temp for the pan? And how long do you cook it for each side roughly? Thanks.

  • @4TMCBran I heat up the teflon frying pan on medium high and the meat cooks fast on each side (perhaps, two minutes?) - sometimes, I let the sauce that comes out of the beef, bubble up and thicken a little. Take meat out, pour the sauce over and sprinkling with sesame seeds is optional. ;-D
