Hi, I'm Alex Boye and I'm a Mormon

About me: I have been entertaining audiences worldwide for over 15 years. I was born and raised in London, England,and has had hits in over 15 countries, selling over half a million Cd's and have performed alongside such groups as Bryan Adams, George Michael, Simon and Garfunkel, MC Hammer, Vanilla Ice, N'SYNC, Jay-Z, The Backstreet Boys, Jordyn Sparks,Dancing with the stars winner Derek Huff Missy Elliott, Mary. J.Blige, David Archuleta, and The Smashing Pumpkins to name a few.

I have been an LDS Missionary for 2 years in England Bristol, and shortly after that chose to go into music as a career, so i could use my music to influence and inspire people for good


I have performed in many notable venues across the nation including the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. In acting, i have played a walk in role in CBS's hit sitcom "How I Met Your Mother".

I have also had music featured in several movie Soundtracks including Charly, The Dance, Baptist at the Barbecue, Suits on the Loose, and Church ball.

I love to laugh. Some of the highlights in my life have been giving a book of Mormon to Prince Charles, joining the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and marrying my beautiful hot wife Julie.

I have recorded two solo songs on the New Tabernacle Choir CD "Come Thou Fount" Which has garnered rave reviews reached #1 in the Billboard Classical Charts.

I have performed 2 songs on the Mormon Tabernacle choirs' sold out Midwest tour.


Why I am a Mormon:
I am Mormon, because i have finally found something that i believe in that has given me a vision of how i should live my life successfully, happily and in the most purposeful and fulfilling way.
God can take ordinary people and put them in extraordinary situations, and can bless us all in ways we cannot comprehend. In order for that to happen, from my own experience I tell people that we need to let go of our E-G-Os ( Edge God Out.) That seems to be the reason for almost every problem we face in day-to day living..... We cannot survive in this world without Gods influence in our lives.

The people arent the question. But a religion that believes in gods having heavenly sex, a church that is god on earth which denies the healing science that Jesus taught and lived, a priestcraft that thinks it is god on earth, which seeks to reinvent the basic churchianity that Joe Smith hated, all covered up by a veneer of "normalcy", these are just some of the poisonous errors of LDS.

@bmiller4930 I am only approving this comment so show how wild some people's misconceptions can actually be. Wow, seriously? Nothing you said in your comment is true or correct. If you actually believe this you have got to consider your sources no idea where you came up with that garbage. We teach of Christ, we talk of Christ and we love Jesus Christ. There are more poisons and errors out there than there are truths, doesn't take much to see that just look at all the hate in the world.

yes, I agree...you probably are the largest Satanic Church out there. Your church is involved in horrendous satanic arrangements...near my home town even..horrible nasty stuff...they kill most of the kids when the grow up and get their memories back.

@TheRoseville5 I think you are missing some key points of this faith and have been reading too much misinformation, there is plenty of it online. Our faith teaches of a belief of, and in, and through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Through Him only shall every one of us be saved should we choose to follow Him. If we were Satanic then we would be the lamest Satanic church out there considering every single thing we teach is against him and for Christ. A house divided can not stand. Peace.

You have to take on faith that everything is random that there is no higher power and this makes far less sense from a rational logical mind than believing in a higher being call Him/It God or whatever. Just because a belief in a higher being has been a powerful driving force from the beginning of mankind in every single culture does not mean it is not true..that God does not exist. I believe this is yet a powerful indicator that God does exist..that and much more

@pangeanet I disagree with you, I used to be pretty religious, and now i have turned atheist. I am a very rational person that sees things logically, not based on things like religion or emotions for example. To me, religion is a creation of human beings to fill a hole of unknown, to explain what is out of grasp for us, like for example, knowing what comes after death. Someone who can not handle the fact that we die, religion seems very attractive to them and may turn to it, which is fine.
