NTC force captured Libyan army to eat dead dog and human meat

NTC regime forces imposed on an unwilling and resisting Libyan population, the NTC regime who do repeated war-crimes in Libya such as the horrific acts you are witnessing in this video... where NATO-led and armed troops force captured POW's (Libyan army) to eat a dead stray dog and human remains of their fallen comrades and torture them ... and then kill them all.
