ILS 34 @ FTW - Weather at minimums

During my long instrument cross-country training flight we got to experience hard IMC and had several approaches at minimums. Amazing experience! I apologize for the poor quality of the video; it's still neat to see.

The plane is a Cessna 172R. The alarm you hear is the GPS warning we are going below 300 feet. Just after it sounds you can hear me say "runway!" as well as my instructor exclaming, "Holy ****!"

congratulations on the approach, job well done. even after the inner marker you stayed on the glideslope and localizer. did u go 100 below minimums because of the ALS or did you call runway in sight at minimums?

I had the ALS right at and then the runway about 2 seconds after minimums. Since the video was shot from the back seat it's hard to appreciate what we could see from up front.
