It's national Native American Heritage Month, so for week 46 of our Kansas sesquicentennial video series we're featuring Jaune Quick-to-See Smith. A painter of Salish, French-Cree, and Shoshone heritage, Jaune Quick-to-See Smith's art "presents a cross-cultural dialogue between those values and experiences of the artist's inherited past and those of late-20th-century Euro-American culture."
