@FortNikitaBullion That isn't an investment - you should be doing that anyway. By your odd definition of investment... caffeine would be one of the best "investments" out there.

This is horrible advice and will cost people money if they listen to it. There are two major problems. First, it doesn't account for inflation. Savings accounts have gotten hammered by inflation. Second, buying something because you think it'll go up in value is gambling. Any real investor will tell you that you make money when you buy, not when you sell.

A good investment a lot of people overlook is GOOD HEALTH. This means stop eating junk food and eat superfoods, supplements, and the like. It's an investment not because it increases in value, but rather because it increases your overall productivity. Not all investments simply "increase in value".
