Beginners Workout using the Turbulence Training System and bodyweight exercises only.

You can do an amazing fat burning beginner workout lying on the ground using your own bodyweight exercises.

You don't need to go to a fancy gym to get started. In fact, it's better to do bodyweight exercises at home in beginner workouts because you won't be intimidated by the folks at the gym. It's not a fashion show at home!

  • I think some of what you are saying is good and the idea behind the video is awsome the problem I see is as a fat person 300lbs I could do this workout but when I was 495lbs these would have been some not so great choices. The plank and side plank will be almost impossible for most over weight people expecially women. The hip extentions and one leg hip extentions also will put serious pressure on overweight peoples backs. I think a bw squat, push ups slow carfull lunge ect be a better idea.

  • i had a shop teacher that made us do pushups if we fucked up after the semester ended i was burning everybody in my highschool in pushups(i was always fucking up haha)
