In this video I demonstrate many parts of my post race/training recovery routine using a Power Plate, foam roller, balance board, and slant board. Think of the Power Plate as a supercharger for the movements shown, Most movements can be done on the ground, using the equipment shown. The important thing is to stimulate the tissues to increase fresh blood flow to help remove waste products and feed the tissues needed nutrients and oxygen. Overall this will speed up recovery and hep reduce injuries.
