  • It's best to take Essential Blend Probiotics in the morning, at least 30 minutes before you eat. Or if that doesn't suit you, anytime on and empty stomach is okay too (including just before bed).

  • Do these Probiotics clear your skin from blemishes and dark spots?

  • They might. There are some people who take Probiotics just for skin problems with good results...so they might help you too.   • Will taking a daily supplement keep yeast infections at bay? This is just agonizing.

    It is so hard . anythink I eat I feel bloated.

  • it feels like every thing i eat gives me lots of gas and bad bloating that makes me feel like a balloon. and i realy hate the bubbling. this is very frustrating and im sick of it. then i said, maybe i dont have enough good bacteria in my intestines. so do you think taking probiotics and enzymes would help? and what kind of a cleansing should i do to help?
