Whenever i make a new layer and try to apply color balance to brushes it will not change the brush color. This only works on the main layer, how do i fix this?

It sounds like the layer that you've used the brush on is above your color balance layer. Adjustment layers only effect the layers below them. Try rearranging the layers. Good luck!

How do you apply colour balance to ONLY a selection you have made with the Lasso tool, or pen selection? I cant seem to find this solution...
