Just stop with this ridiculous comparison between Star Wars and Star Trek...they are two different kind of sci-fi movie/series not comparable each others. Both are GREAT in their context at their manner...Don't be stupid with this entrenchment without any justifications...Enjoy BOTH

your comparing apples and oranges. Star Wars is basically a fairy tale set in space. Star Trek is science fiction slightly that is an extension of one man's vision of the future.
